IntroductionÂ
UDS+ is a major overhaul of HRSA's yearly reporting process for health centers. While the traditional UDS report remains the submission of record for now, health centers are required to submit a 2024 UDS+ report to HRSA by April 30, 2025.
Relevant has developed best-in-class support for UDS+. In fact, more than 30% of the health centers who participated in HRSA's first cohort of voluntary testing in 2023 submitted with Relevant. Health centers can submit a 2024 UDS+ report through Relevant at no additional cost.
Relevant's UDS+ module
Within Relevant, you can create a UDS+ submission, explore its contents, and submit directly to HRSA. Here's what a submission looks like:
Within the UDS+ module, you'll find extensive documentation, including a description of each portion of the UDS+ submission, mapping details, and the SQL that generated the data. You can also drill down to see row-level details. For more details about how UDS+ data is generated, consult our article on the Technical Details of UDS+ in Relevant.
Before submitting to HRSA, you'll also need to complete some UDS+ settings in Relevant. You can find these by navigating to Configure -> UDS+ Settings. Note: users must have the "View UDS+" ability to see the UDS+ module. Users must have the "Manage UDS+" to configure UDS+ settings, create submissions, and submit to HRSA. Read more about roles and abilities.
